The 2012 AGM will be held on Saturday 28 April 2012 at Life Resort in Gran Alacant.

Further details will be advised prior to the meeting.

As a Committee we are not able to change the Community Rules without approval at an AGM. The information you have recently received has all been previously approved at an AGM.

There are some irregularities when the Swimming Pool Rules are compared to Articles 17 to 24 in the Community Rules. The current Swimming Pool Rules were voted in at the 2007 AGM and intended to be an annexe to run alongside the Community Rules. There has been no vote to amend Articles 17 to 24 of the Community Rules, therefore this has not been done.

It will be proposed at the 2012 AGM to remove Articles 17 to 24 and replace them with the Swimming Pool Rules.

Any other suggested amendments to the Community Rules can be proposed before 31 March 2012, in order to be also included in the Agenda to be discussed and voted on at the 2012 AGM. After this AGM the rules will be redistributed to all proprietors.

Please find attached an updated copy of the Community Rules, Swimming Pool Rules and Lettings Charter.

These are being redistributed to all proprietors/residents, old and new, and include all amendments agreed at previous AGMs.
